A: If in the event your vehicle does not sell within our 90 day listing period. You must send us a copy of our refund form along with your vehicle's registration signed by a notary or anyone who has taken a promise of oath. This must be postmarked within 5 calendar days of when your 90 day membership expires in order for you to be eligible. To receive a copy of our refund form, please contact customer care and they will also provide you with the exact date your membership expires.
